		<description>I agree with Joel&#039;s thoughts, but it may work to some degree in the short term - users who are diaffected with NetSuite and looking to switch anyway may be swayed by the financial incentive. Too little? Perhaps not. Too late? Pretty much.</description>

		<description>Switching bounties are nothing new - just most are through partner incentives. I don&#039;t know if this as much a play against Netsuite (who lately has been building up channel incentives to reduce churn) as much Microsoft trying to hold off ERP SaaS for SMBs by going for the ERP SaaS &quot;brand&quot; first. Bigger concerns in my opinion are the lack of a Dynamics ERP SaaS road map AND Salesforce.com + FinancialForce.com. Having said this I do know of several NAV deals that have gone to Netsuite over the past several months.</description>
